Express Checkout
Express checkout is a system that uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to allow multiple items to be checked out simultaneously, rather than individually scanning each item. This is used in retail stores where items need to be quickly and efficiently processed. Here’s how it generally works:
RFID Tags
Each item is equipped with an RFID tag that contains a unique identifier.
RFID Reader
An RFID reader or scanner is installed at the checkout area. This reader can scan and read multiple RFID tags simultaneously.
